Thanks for having our back!
We, like most pet owners, sometimes moan and groan when expenses are incurred but the insurance deductible hasn't been met yet. But when catastrophic events occur, we realize Nationwide is there for us to relieve some of the pain. Our Dane had back to back emergency surgeries and fortunately is recovering quite well. We thank our wonderful veterinarians for her outcome and we thank Nationwide for easing our pain with the costs. Thank you!

Great customer service
Recently switched to Figo after 11 years with another insurance company. They have been very responsive after an emergency surgery for my dog. Emergencies are traumatic, but they were patient with me on phone, after the surgery, and assured me of coverage and some other options. While it is expensive, as all insurances, their support has been great so far.

Sometimes difficult to reach
I'm not sure if it is the best deal as far as pet insurance goes, and it seems a bit pricey, but the coverage has come through every time. Sometimes its difficult to reach a customer service rep on the phone.

Worth it for the peace of mind
Easy. The vet and trupainon did it all. Now I just wait for the mail. Worth it for the piece of mind

I found the customer service very friendly
I found the customer service very responsive and friendly. I don't give Trupanion a higher rating because I pay high premiums every month and only 60 of my claim was covered.
