Impressed by notifications

Marina is asthmatic and has a partially collapsed lung, so she needs two medications daily. Each one is almost $100, so it can add up. I submitted all of my receipts so far in 2019 and was reimbursed the following week. She also had a cavity and needed dental work. This procedure was not covered by the illness plan I chose in order to keep the premium costs down. I was hoping the cavity might qualify, but it didn't as was explained on the detailed reimbursement forms I received. The reimbursement was delayed because of the 4th of July holiday and I was notified on the day I would have normally been reimbursed. The delay only amounted to a day or two, but it was very impressive that I was notified.

I will never go without insurance for…

I will never go without insurance for my babies again! Embrace is awesome, their customer service is truly an example of what customer service should be, I feel comfortable/safe knowing my boy's health is covered. I don't have to worry about keeping not being able to afford to take him to the vets!

Have had Embrace for about 7 months for my malshi, who's now 9 months old. So far, everything's been great! Reimbursement is fairly quick, and customer service is friendly and helpful. One of the very few pet insurances out there that offers wellness visits as an optional rider; purchased it from the very beginning since dogs require numerous visits during the first year. All of my puppy's wellness follow-up visits, stool tests, vaccinations and even grooming have all been covered. Happy with Embrace!
