I am very happy that I chose Nationwide Pet insurance for my Rocky. Out of all the ones I looked into, I am glad I decided to use Nationwide. The customet service is great too!

Peace of mind
We are so thankful for our pet insurance that we have on all 3 of our dogs. While I've heard people say they could go for years without using it, I say but in those times of emergency it gives us such peace of mind to know we can take them to get the care they need. We previously had an uninsured dog and in a very short time spent thousands of dollars trying to save him and we said never again would we go without insurance on our dogs. I recommend this company all the time to people because it's been that good for us. On our recent emergency we had our $100 deductible out of the $1700 bill. Usually the entire balance is covered once we reach our deductible but in this case we started on a Sunday at our primary vet who then they sent us to an emergency hospital which caused us to max out the benefit for our pups illness so we ended up having to cover an additional $200 but it was far better than having that entire bill to cover on our own. Having experienced dog illness with and without insurance I can say we would never again be without pet insurance and VPI has been wonderful for us to deal with. I pay the bill on Care Credit and by the time I receive a bill I've been reimbursed from VPI.

Awful
I have paid this insurance for 4 years. Just made a claim and now it appears nothing is covered. Special need from our Vet but this company doesn't want to pay anything. I am done paying this monthly high cost for nothing.

Figo provides great service for a great price.
FIgo has been easy and efficient to work with. Their plans have fair-prices, good coverage, and they process claims quickly. We have had other pet insurance but none have been as pleasant as figo. We are very satisfied with their service!

Decent coverage but be careful
Great to have the piece of mind of insurance, however, now that I’ve filed a claim, and used my deductible am more aware of the terms and realize this is not like insurance for people. It’s a per condition deductible. I’m less enthused.
