Everything about this has been a pleasant surpris
Your coverage and customer service have been a surprise and a comfort to this dog owner. I had been warned not to buy pet insurance as other policies often cover almost nothing. Even my vet told me not to bother. But Nationwide has changed all that for me. Your claims process is easy and straightforward. And your coverage of bills has been more than fair. It is a comfort knowing that I can give my dog the care he needs without worrying about the cost. I was surprised again today with an email asking how my dog was doing after you covered several bills. Thank you, Nationwide. I will NEVER be without your pet insurance again!

I will never be without pet insurance!
Our dog developed allergies just after his 7 months b-day. Lots of trips to the vet, lots of special food, lots of tests. We finally ended up at the specialty vet and without Nationwide Pet Insurance, it would have been challenging to have all of the testing done that he needed to determine what he was allergic too. The claims process was easy and the reimbursement payment was timely. Our out of pocket cost was manageable and now his allergies are under control!

Didn't think we needed pet insurance since our Macy was a mixed breed. Turns out getting comprehensive coverage for Macy was the best decision ever! Coming from a rescue we were taking our chances on her overall health issues, and believe me, she has had some issues. Nationwide Pet insurance has really helped with the expense of taking care of our puppy's issues and has done away with the added stress of having to choose between her medical care and our budget. GREAT COMPANY!!!
When I got my puppy last July 2018 a friend recommended I get Nationwide Pet Insurance. I signed up at a reasonable price and a few months later I needed to file a claim and received a good amount back. Again a few months later I had a $600 bill and got most of it back from Nationwide! I filed, mailed claim and got check in a month. So far, very happy with Nationwide!!
