glad for your help
the only thing that bothers me is that the premiums keep going up the older my dog becomes. It's getting fairly expensive.

It’s the best way to love your pet
It’s an extremely simple process and more than worth the cost no matter what the age of your pet is. It relieves the stress of knowing what to do if your pet is ill and whether you can afford the treatment because you know a good portion of the cost is covered

So glad we have Pet Insurance
I’m glad we got this insurance, it has taken some of the stress out of having a senior pet. I almost cancelled it and so glad I didn’t as our cat Inka has hyperthyroidism and it really Helps paying for frequent blood work and monthly medicine. Claims are really easy now especially can be done right over your smart phone and payment is quick and flawless.

Easiest process ever!
Healthy Paws is hands down the best pet insurance you can get. The customer service is amazing, on the phone and through email. They reached out to me after I submitted a surgical claim for my dog to check how she was doing. They've paid all of my claims within a week (even on a holiday weekend). They are affordable, especially for NYC. My rates went up after the first year and they are still affordable. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Always great service and fast payment
I love Nationwide. The coverage is great and payments are made promptly. My dog digested something she shouldn’t have and it was just nice to know that the costs would be covered. One less thing to worry about when I’m already worried about my pet. This insurance if a lifesaver. I will continue coverage for the lifetime of my pets.

I am glad I insured Ace with you
I insured Ace when he was not even 1 year old, and though your annual dues have gone up every year, it has been something I have been able to afford still. Though recently I am hitting the limits of some of the coverage areas, that came as a surprise to me, since I thought he was fully covered up to 14K per year, I am still happy overall .. I would like to see the annual limits called out more clearly though

lifesaver / Money Saver
It is more expensive than others. But good coverage. Easy reimbursement. I wish they could give some discounts to returning customers each year at renewal time . Some incentive. Or sometimes forget the deductible.

Too little reimbursement
My nine-year-old Lab had a serious and sudden situation in which she could no longer walk. My vet, after examination and an X-ray, recommended we get an MRI by a neurologist. We did so, and the neurologist ultimately recommended a steroid management in the hope we could avoid surgery. The cost of the MRI and associated services was nearly $5000. This was a necessity. Nationwide covered only $1600 of it on the basis that they had already hit the amount allotted. Well, if so, the allotted amount is too low. We did precisely what we were advised to do in the order in which we were advised to do it. Presumably the cost of a surgery would not have been covered either. Given that for over nine years I've been paying roughly $100/month, I should think this would have been more adequately covered. And I am not particularly happy about it.
