Have had the coverage since we first got Titus at 8 weeks. We have had no negative issues in the 3 years we have had the coverage. It is a peace of mind we find well worth the expense.

Easy Claim Filing and Rapid Payment
Unfortunately, Nitro has had several health problems over the last few months. It would have been very difficult for our family financially if we had not had Nationwide pet insurance. When done electronically (using the pre-filled out claim form on the Pet Insurance website and submitting claim as email attachment), claims filing is simple. Over the last couple of months, claims processing has been much quicker than previously. The only fly in the ointment is that there was a large premium increase this year. If there is a similar increase next year, we will have to reconsider keeping the policy. But at the currently, it has been a good value.

I'm so glad I signed up my 2 dogs for insurance
So glad I signed up both dogs for ins. Yes I pay every month a, but when Max gets injured and needs a vet asap I don't worry if I can pay that emergency vet bill because I know Nationwide has me covered.. I could save the monthly premium and put it away for vet bills when needed but we all know that I won't do that. Customer service people are so nice and helpful and you can hear it in their voice that they are smiling. Keep up the great service.

Who knew my puppy would eat a sock and need emergency surgery (not me). It was all covered! I tell all my pet owner friends how important pet insurance is. It's only a small price to pay for such an important coverage. Thank you!!

Trupanion is the best animal companion health insurance provider
I highly recommend Trupanion to many many of my friends I also tell everyone on my private FB dog pages to be sure and get Trupanion as a health care provider for their dog I am a member of several different groups I at least once or twice every day answer questions and tell people about my experience with Trupanion for the last ten years I wish the premiums would stop being raised Without Trupanion we would be struggling to keep our big beautiful boy Willy alive He has laryngeal paralysis This disease is a nightmare to navigate You should make me a spokesperson for your company!

Just get it - it’s worth it
I was really on the fence about pet insurance. I had heard from several people (including a few vets) that it was basically just a rip off, and hardly ever paid off. 2 years ago my dog had a major surgery (before I had pet insurance) and I had to take out a loan to pay it off. Afterward I decided to get insurance for her. I did a lot of research, and settled on ASPCA because they just seemed a little better than the rest. Recently, she had a knee issue. She had a few months of physical therapy but ultimately it was decided she needed surgery. ASPCA actually covered some of her PT! The surgery ended up being just over $2000. I filed the claim online in less than 15 min and about a week later ASPCA deposited $1820 in my bank account. I was pretty floored and proud of myself for putting my trust in them. The next day I got a call from a representative. The first thing she asked was “how is your puppy doing after the surgery”. It kinda melted my heart that a corporation would go out of their way to inquire. Im really happy with the decision to go with ASPCA - to say the least.

Submitting claims is a breeze. Reimbursement is quick. When you have a puppy, pet insurance is a necessity. Coverage for wellness services as well as emergencies is a Godsend.
