LOVE the peace of mind
I have never had pet insurance before and I can say this by far has been the best investment in our beloved fur baby. It’s wonderful knowing I can take my pet to the vets without fear of the shock of a huge bill. I highly recommend this company to all of my friends, family and social media connections. It’s been a blessing to have so far.

I was charged a 35 dollar startup fee that I was not told about. You refused to refund me the fee while I was cancelling service after one week. We also never used the insurance and I ended up paying 65 dollars for that one week

Jack - Cherry Eye Repair
Jack had his Cherry Eye repaired after it became inflamed and irritated. Our Vet submitted the claim on our behalf and within days our claim was paid out. I love having the piece of mind that we can take care of Jack no matter what might come up.

false claims that the premium rate will never increase due to age or health but actually it 100% will increase anywhere by 10% to 20% every year apparently due to inflation and cost of vet care, even this year when we actually have diflation....very misleading

Why did I was so long to get pet insurance?
Why did I was so long to get pet insurance? Healthy Paws made the process a breeze! They are not only affordable, but the claim was processed and payment sent so quickly I was thoroughly satisfied. Not only that, they followed up to see how my pup was doing after being bitten by a rattlesnake. She's doing just fine, but sadly still sticking her nose where it doesn't belong. We're watching her more closely now!

All reasonably healthy pets should be insured. I'd never want to have to euthanize my pet(s) because I couldn't afford the care they needed. So many people blame the veterinarians that work so hard to care for our animals, when the cost of treatment is not their fault. An animal's best bet in a medical emergency is to receive all recommended veterinary treatment and my Trupanion policy makes sure I can afford that, should my pets ever need it.
