Not worth your money.
Ahhh. I had ASPCA pet health insurance for my English bulldog for almost 8 years, all his life since I got him at 4 months. Hardly ever used it. Was paying about $88 a month. Yea $88 a month for 8 years. Do the math.. omg a lot! Well one night my dog collapsed and stopped breathing, went to the ER, he spent the night, next day more tests, etc... long story short he was diagnosed with a heart disease almost $4,000 later. Ok no problem, I have pet insurance..... hahahahhaha sike!!! Not too much. They only covered $500 because they considered it a preexisting condition and going forward anything having to do with his heart, ie heart meds or any echo testing would not be covered. WTH! So when I called and talked to a rep, the way they tried to keep me on the insurance as by saying, "ohh but we cover cancer!" Really!!!!!! That's your silver lining!!!?? HOW DARE YOU...!!!!? Heartless. And that's why I said

They have always been helpful, considerate and explain everything to where we can understand, gives advise for us to be able to make mindful decisions in the care of our pets. Puts us and our pets first & always follow up with an email. Even though they are expensive they are worth your pet having people that don't just treat you as a number but treat you and your pets with the out most importance.

Awesome service
Our poor Maisy had unexpected complications after her spay- thank goodness we had Nationwide pet insurance. They really came through for us. It was a blessing To have insurance for Maisy so I could focus on her healing and not have the worry of any financial obligations. Thank you Nationwide!

Raised my premium 60% after 8 years as no claim customer!
Shame on this company...I have been a customer for 8 years with no claims n when I moved from NY to Az they raised my premium 60% with garbled explanation of more expensive in AZ than NY??? No additional service just insurance company greed.
