Trupanion Saves Pet Lives!
Trupanion has saved our Zoe's life, without a doubt. While pet parents would never like to think money could ever be a deciding factor in their pet's life, the truth sadly is this is a huge factor when faced with thousands of dollars in sudden expenses despite the best planning. Thank you so much for being there and operating a caring and responsive insurance experience. None of our pets will ever be 'uncovered' again!

Pay back. Tell people all the time that if you do it when you first get your dog( preferably a puppy) and take the high deductible it pays off when when they are seniors and you don't want to lose them because it costs too much

it's gotten so much easier to claim!
I have a 14 year old Maltese who's gum/teeth issues have gotten pretty bad, among other things that have come up with his age. Although they didn't cover the extractions and treatment due to considering it 'pre-existing' condition, they covered a good amount of the bill - blood work, lab tests, and some of the medication for the infections he had. Nationwide has become a blessing to us, since I signed up right before he started having more serious issues, it's saved me a lot of money and given me more freedom to make sure my doggy lives a healthy life.

Great to have had Pet Insurance
Our 8 year old Pug has started to get sick. It appears that he has Intestinal Lymphoma. I'm grateful that I've had Nationwide Pet insurance as they have helped defer quite a bit of the cost of the tests and treatments so far.

ASPCA outranks previous pet insurance I’ve had by a landslide.
I’ve had VPI/Nationwide for 17 years with our llaso mix. It was always a hassle processing claims.....and then they wound up not covering legit claims. I support ASPCA during the year...so why not go with their name on the insurance. Our first claim with our new rescue was so sudden and lasted a week. The bills added up quickly. Finally we got our Genny better and I waited awhile to fax the claim. Within a few weeks, the covered claim was direct deposited into my checking account. Very satisfied.

Not only does the practice I work for highly recommend Trupanion because of its ability to pay the practice directly and ease of filing claims, I love Trupanion for is friendly, knowledgeable CSRs, ability to pick my own deductible/monthly premium, and overall easy to understand coverage.
