Easy claims processing but costly!
Claims experience is always good but my premiums keep going up whether I claim or not. Also, for the high premium cost, I wish more was covered (especially preventative measures like regular vet visits, dental care and vaccines). Those things really add up and between those costs and insurance premiums, some months, it's very costly.

Great customer service.
I had tried to enter a code for one month of free premiums but the code wasn't being accepted. I phone and spoke to a very pleasant man whom honoured the coupon despite the 24 hour period already expired. I was also able to lower my monthly fee with his assistance.
