To whom it may concern, I want to express the deepest gratitude for everyone who rushed through this process. You all saved my dog. I will be 100% recommending trupanion to all my pet owning friends and will forever have them for my animals. Also, I would like to submit the highest of compliments to Ahravia Ha'mim. She was the Member Experience Specialist who handled my call. She was kind, when I needed it. Patient with me in my stress and worries. She explained, repeated herself without being frustrated and showed genuine concern for my dog after he was attacked. She got through my shock and help acted more than professional. I can't speak highly enough about how much her assistance and humanity means to my family. If your other employees are anything like her, than you have AMAZING people. Thank you again, we can't express the depth of our gratitude.

Trupanion set the new standard in pet care, without their services my German Shepherd of 8 years old would not be here today. I believe it is imperative that anybody with a pet inquires and maintains a consistent policy for the life of their pet (i.e.family member ). I was so concerned about how to pay my bills after paying for Earl's emergency surgery. I also thought it would be a while because this was his first claim. However, the claim was accepted one day after I filed and the money deposited into my account the next day! I have posted my gratitude on Facebook and instagram, I hope this bring more light on pet insurance!
