I only signed up yesterday so I can't speak for post claim service but the first contact I had with Chad to modify my premium was great.
I only signed up yesterday, so I can't speak for post claim service, but the first contact I had with Chad to modify my premium was great. He was personable, friendly and seemed very genuinely interested in my new pup Luna. He was a real professional!
