I tried multiple times to get back to…
I tried multiple times to get back to my saved quote, but was not able to. When I contacted support via chat, I was told to call in so a rep could get me my original quote. I just decided to start over. I purchased the plan online for a reason.

Georgie
Georgie was my beloved pet. He was my second son. His bark and forever tongue hanging out of his mouth when his was content will never be forgotten. I miss him terribly and every day. If I could have had him not suffer, I would have done so much more. But he is in a better place with his best friend, my dad. May Matt my dad and Georgie my dog rest in peace. May they live a life full of no pain together. I miss and love you both more than you will ever know. Michele❤️💔❤️💔❤️💔
Premium hikes of 40%
Be aware that people in Washington state MetLife pet insurance has decided to up insurance premiums by close to 40%. I had two policies for my cats who are all between six months and a year and a half old. I have two cats on each policy first policy was $10,000 I was paying $41 monthly and that's with a $250 deductible and 90% payed back. They decided they wanted to update it to $57 on my renewal date. My second policy is $20,000 and it was $53. They are wanting to update that to $89. Looks like I'm gonna be looking for a new Pet Insurance because they're trying to blame it on inflation through vet clinic upping their prices yeah, I work in the animal healthcare industry as a technician and I can tell you that rates have not gone up 40% at vets. They want me to lower what I have on my policy down if I want it to be cheaper, which is ridiculous that would meanI pay more to get less. I understand a little bit of a hike, but to do this is unreal. I would definitely suggest anybody in Washington state to try to find somewhere else until they get their rates under control. I'm not gonna take my deductible down or how much they pay me back down when I'm paying more that makes no sense and a 40% hike to try to blame it on veterinary cost being upped is them just wanting to up their rates and blame it on vet cost and inflation. When really they just want more money further stockholders. Especially since online they say rates will not be up due to claims but really what they mean is we won't tell you. It's claims we'll just say it's inflation or vet cost. I've worked in the corporate industry and I've also worked and currently working in the animal healthcare industry and they are gonna lose so many clients due to this. So make sure if you're paying these ridiculous monthly payments that you're at least taking your animal to the vet enough to get paid back at least the cost of what your annual payment to them cost. Also, before I found out that they are going to up premiums by close to 40%. I was going to up my limit to $20,000 on the one policy and they had quoted me $71 a month ago. They told me to call back when it was closer to my renewal date and when I called back today, they wanted it to be 89 even though I had it on recording that 30 days ago they quoted me it was 71 not only that when I got my previous policy for my two cats back in August 2025 for $20,000 policy. It was $53 so there increases our way above the norm and predatory in my opinion. especially since I work in the veterinary industry and the rates at vet clinics have not went up 40% in Washington state. so I don't know how they're justifying these increases in premiums and expecting people to eat it. Also, these are the rates they gave me with the discount for me being in the animal health care industry so anybody else that doesn't even have that on there, it's probably even more expensive . There's Pet Insurance companies that I could get unlimited coverage with for these type of premiums which I'm going to be looking into. Unless they're willing to fix this issue I'm definitely not gonna be renewing with them..

Extremely Disappointing and Misleading
I am beyond frustrated with Fetch Pet Insurance. After carefully reviewing my policy before purchasing, I was led to believe my dog would be covered as of the policy’s effective date (November 1, 2025). That turned out to be completely misleading. When I submitted my first-ever claim for a vet visit on November 10, 2025, Fetch denied it, citing a 15-day illness waiting period that was never clearly disclosed upfront and only emphasized after my claim was denied. They then stated that any illness diagnosed during this waiting period is automatically considered pre-existing, even if the pet had no prior history. Let that sink in, you pay premiums from day one, but illness coverage is essentially useless for the first 15 days and anything found during that time is permanently excluded. What makes this worse is the exhausting back-and-forth with representatives, inconsistent explanations, and the burden placed entirely on the customer to prove coverage — even when quoting their own policy language and page numbers. Reassessments are slow, communication is unclear, and the process feels intentionally designed to wear customers down. This experience has completely destroyed my trust. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind, not fine-print loopholes that leave responsible pet owners paying out of pocket after doing everything right. Strong warning to other pet owners: Any illness-related vet visit during the first 15 days will be denied and those conditions may be labeled “pre-existing” forever. Very disappointing. I regret choosing Fetch.
