They Treated Us Like Family
My two dogs were trapped in my house during a house fire. Sadly we lost one and the other was taken immediately to an emergency vet. After I called Embrace to tell them about our Rapunzel, they lit a candle in her honor and sent us a handwritten card expressing their sympathies for her loss.

Regret not getting coverage before thyroid determination but something is better than nothing.
Ordinarily my Siberian is completely trained for pet therapy, companion, obedience and socialization and other than having to be treated for thyroid {same as me for life} she is extremely healthy and recognized by the community.
