Jodi was helpful and she did what she was able to accomplish. On your website/porthole, if one has multiple policies, there is nowhere to type in another policy number to switch back and forth. VERY FRUSTRATING

I would like the policy much better if it reimbursed for exams.

I would like the policy much better if it reimbursed for exams. Here’s the conundrum: an exam is absolutely necessary because how else would the illness or injury be known how to be treated without the exam. I’m not talking about yearly wellness exams, but exams when there is a problem. That kind of exam is how the Vet figures out how to treat the problem and it is crucial and is not elective. Please consider changing your policy to include critical exams. There are other insurances that pay for ALL exams, including annuals. I feel you are saving money at the expense of me and my pet. I also feel it is immoral to profit off of illness. I would like a response.
