#3 calls and nothing works

i cannot get into my account. cant change the password. talked to 3 different staff nothing worked. i finally ggot the verbal information that i was seeking. I would recommend the insurance but your t tech results are not good.

This insurance gives peace of mind that I can afford the care my dog needs in case of emergency

When we first got our pet, we weren't sure about whether or not we wanted to buy her insurance. And if so, which one to get. Friends advised us to save the money instead, but all we could think of is what if something happens before we saved enough. Talking to a vet, I was naming off different insurance options I was thinking of, and when I said ASPCA, she said that was the one she has for her dog. So we signed her up. After a few months, she suddenly developed a case of HGE. I will save the horrific details, but the vet bill was a few thousand. Thankfully, I didn't worry about finding the money, as ASPCA paid our reimbursement and afforded us the care our pet needed to survive. Thank you ASPCA!
