Great insurance company!
After a negative experience with our vet and their being completely unwilling to work with us on payments for treatment of our dog (we had been clients for over 20 years in good standing). My daughter recommended Pets Best insurance as she has it for her dogs. We have a new dog, new vets, and a Great insurance company! We will never have the terrible experience again! How reassuring to not have the worry!

Surprised you don't help out with spaying animals
I have to say , I love your company. You have saved the life of my older dog Eva twice by helping us give her the treatment she needed when she had a stroke over 2 1/2 yrs ago. We were going to put her down but with your help, she was able to get the treatment she needed and made a full recovery. Now she has cancer and again you helped us to remove tumors . She is hanging in there and having good quality of life for now. We have a new addition Bailey and we got the wellness and major med coverage for her and you have been good. We just had her fixed and was surprised you don't do anything for that. Especially when it's known to prevent certain cancers and illnesses if you don't. Just wanted to tell you that.
