I cancelled- Fetch still requesting medical records directly from vet
I never had a claim. I found some language in the contract that I didn't like. I cancelled within a couple of weeks. Got my refund. I was perfectly happy. Now, a month later, I am getting emails from Fetch saying they are getting records from my vet. Why are they getting records about a dog that they don't even cover? I will be watching my accounts closely- they better not try to keep billing me.

Thank you for asking about Buddy. We had a very positive experience at UCDavis Oncology Clinic. Initially we went to get a second opinion, and a series of tests were done and sadly, resulted in finding a small mass on his heart. We will be returning for another visit at the end of the month and Buddy will be seen by a veterinary cardiologist. Our hope is that there is a treatment for him. We are very grateful that we have Healthy Paws. We do not have to worry about taking Buddy for the best veterinary care. Additionally, the claim for the visit and tests were quickly processed, which is greatly appreciated. We had several of our fur kids covered by Healthy Paws and we highly recommend your company for the coverage and care you provide.
