Very unhappy and I will be taking your Brochure out of my Veterinary intro packets . You are not covering such important health care with alternatives that you had covered for the past six years, and that was something I thought you really cared about.

Don’t bother
I called just to ask about pre-existing conditions and got the run around. This lady actually said if you ever have a soft tissue injury then it could be injured again due to the weather or an accident. I asked to speak to someone who could answer a specific question and she refused, reading to me again from the policy she had in front of her.
