You've made my life easy when I've been dealing with such a difficult time. My little one is not going to get better, we just need to keep him comfortable as we watch and wait enjoying every minute we can. There are new families with new puppies and I tell then to get Trupanion.

A little frustration
Out of the 5 claims submitted on 7/15/2019, I'm still waiting for 4 of them to be processed, so it's hard to say what my experience has been. I thought I would hear something on all claims by now.

Some vet clinics don't provide receipts that are detailed enough. I wish there was a way on your claim form for us to explain what happened at a visit then you could verify with the vet.

Pets Best came through without hesitation
We've been fortunate that our dogs have been extremely healthy lately. But we love the peace of mind that comes with knowing that if something difficult ever happens, we're covered. One of our previous pets had a very rough patch, and Pets Best came through without hesitation. Thank you!

Great service. Easy to use.
Easy app - great for submitting claims. Communication is prompt. Only complaint is that I didn't realize parasites were an exclusion on my coverage and we live near a lake, so parasites are an ongoing problem. Wish I'd realized beforehand.
