Awesome People, Claim Process Needs Improvement
Overall, I am very happy that I switched to Nation Wide. Coverage is much better than what I was getting with Healthy Paws. Only recommendation is to build a web-based template to submit claims online. You can take the generic pdf template, and have that done online and have the submitter attach the invoice.

The preapproval for his treatment ment I could do what ever I needed to to try to save his life and we did everything we could. He ended up not making it but I'm glade i can say i did everything possible to save him, and that thanks to you guys.
