Horrible Claim Service
Worst claims service ever. They don't even look at claims for 2 months. They blame Markel & keep saying things are going to change but so far it's been several months trying to get a claim even looked at. I would not recommend this company. There are other pet insurance providers that will provide better service at the same rates.

I forwarded a claim last week and immediately received an e-mail confirming that it was going to be reviewed. The next day, another e-mail with detailed explanations of each receipt that was presented to the insurance with the amount covered by Pets Plus Us. Entire process was excellent
Beyond the recent customer support. The customer service support through the entire process was excellent. The website experience was less than great. Unable to put a plan together with Defender Plus. Totally unable to get a policy online.
