Life saver

I've had nationwide for about 4 years. I have 2 dogs. I wasn't sure I was ever going to need the insurance until the last 6 months. One of my dogs developed seizures. Cost about $3000 between visits and MRI. I was reimbursed all but my deductible. 2 months later, My other dog tore his acl. Another $3000 between surgery and physical therapy. Again all was reimbursed minus my deductible. Once bills a d everything was submitted, 2 weeks is all it took to be reimbursed. A true lifesaver! So far, I can't complain. Nationwide has truly done all that they said they would. Thank You nationwide!

Honest and Clear on Coverage

I have to say I went in skeptical but I have been very happy and my experience had been very good. We have had all the major issues covered along with the preventative that was stated to be covered. Essentially they stand by what the cover and you can believe the plans levels and coverage areas. We had a major scary fungal infection hit two of our cats and thanks to the coverage not only did we find it fast but treatment has been successful. Honestly I can say that without the coverage and help from the company in covering the emergency visit I don’t know how this would have turned out. We have three awesome furry family members that we rescued and thanks to the insurance they are recovering well.

Terrific Customer Support

One of the best decisions that I ever made, bar none, was signing up with Embrace for my boxer, Molly. Unfortunately, Molly has had a variety of health issues, that would not have been treated at the level required without the support provide by Embrace and it's most helpful staff!!

I highly recommend healthy paws

I Highly recommend Healthy Paws. Carson is our first puppy and this obviously is the first time having Pet Health Care so I didn’t know what to expect. I just knew that I wanted to do this right so I did my research on pet insurance companies in advance before we brought Carson home. Healthy Paws comes highly recommended. Shortly after bringing Carson home I signed up !! I Never Ever Ever Ever thought in a million years I would be going through something like this with Carson at such a young age ! He needed to have surgery. They were amazing through the whole process. I used the app on my phone to submit my claim . It was seriously the easiest thing I have ever done . Immediately I received an email saying they received my documents and give us 10 business days to review your claim , if this is your first claim gives us a little extra time . By the 12Th day I had an email saying claim in process, the very next day (Sunday) I had the summary of my reimbursement for each bill . I noticed there was a bill missing ( my fault ) so I called them immediately, I had Andrea on the phone very quickly and she told me no worries just re submit the one missing right now on your phone and I will keep an eye out for the claim and process it quickly so you don’t have to wait another 10 days. Within an hour I had an email saying it was being processed (thank you Andrea). The next morning I had the summary of my reimbursement. In less than a week from then I had the reimbursement checks sitting on my kitchen counter. I can Now say with confidence i chose the Best ! I have been telling everyone about our great experience with Healthy Paws. You can be sure I will be a life time loyal client .

Prompt Service

Super customer service and a very prompt response to claims. Finn is on the way to his sixth visit regarding his cataract surgery and each claim has been processed efficiently and quickly. I volunteer in rescue and ALWAYS recommend that adopters consider insurance.

She also immediately sent me a form to help me with getting pre-approval. The form is very simple, and easy for me to complete.
