Thank you so much for being there to help pay the bills when it is needed most for my best friend

My dog had a small lump, which turned out to be cancerous. She underwent surgery & hopefully got it all out. The following week we were startled to find another smaller lump, which, thank goodness turned out to be a cyst. Nationwide was quick to pay out on these claims. Ever so grateful!! I hope to enjoy my best friend, Kahlua, for many years to come.

Embrace listens and understands

Wellness Rewards claim was paid exactly as expected. There were some small items on the invoice from the Vet that could have been considered medical or Rx and at my request they did not process that part of the bill. So they responded to my emails about the claim almost immediately and they processed the claim and issued payment in a reasonable time. This company is always easy to talk to and they do their best to help insured understand what is going on.

Getting reimbursed for my claim was so fast and easy!

My puppy was diagnosed with cherry eye and required an expensive surgery. I was a little nervous about the reimbursement process, but it was actually really easy! My vet ended up filling out the claim, and when it took her office a while to turn it in, Embrace actually reached out to them for me to remind them to turn the paperwork in! I got notification that the claim was covered, and received my check within a few weeks of the claim submission.

Peace of mind & superior customer service

I love embrace pet insurance. I was debating if we really needed this year, but decided to keep it. Only 3 months later our sweet 80 lb pittie mix had a partially town cruciate ligament. Our surgery was quoted at $4000 and i don’t know what on earth we would’ve done without embrace. They processed our claim same day and had the money in our account within 3 days. They emailed back with kind words and encouragement throughout the surgery process. The customer service is superior and I am a lifelong customer after this surgery experience. Highly recommend!

THE Best Insurance. Ever.

A ten isn't high enough :) I simply cannot give Healthy Paws a high enough rating for their help and their compassion and speedy service to me and my beloved dog. She had an emergency splenectomy at an emergency hospital; many tests, two nights in ICU care. We were stunned by the day's events. By the next morning after her surgery, I had an email in my in box saying Healthy Paws was honoring the claim for the very expensive (and very excellent) care. I only wish there was health insurance like this for humans. The people are very kind, know what they are doing, and quick to respond. I totally recommend them to all who have pets. When lightning strikes it is a blessing to have them in your corner.

Weight off our shoulders

Dealing with an injured young dog was so stressful! Our lab hurt herself jumping up and we were so unbelievably stressed as to helping her. The costs were staggering but pets plus us was there for us every step of the way!! It was such a weight off our shoulders that at least we didn't have to worry about the mounting vet bill. We still have a long road ahead of us but are so relieved to have chosen such a dedicated insurance company! They have eased our minds! Thank you!!!
