Our dog has several on going issues, I’m so at peace every time he has to go to the vet because I know that Nationwide pet insurance is behind us. I would not have a pet without health insurance and Nationwide has always been there.

Healthy Paws comes through again and again
I found my boy through Petfinder four years ago and i thought it critical to have a good health insurance plan for him. I did a lot of online searching and questioned many friends with pets and determined that Healthy Paws suited my needs. I couldn’t have made a wiser choice. Turned out that Petey had problem knees and the year after he joined our family, he tore the cruciate ligament in his right rear leg. The corrective surgery was major and expensive, and no questions asked, Healthy Paws covered 90 percent of the cost. I filed the claim, and in a week I received reimbursement. 50 percent of dogs who tear the cruciate in one leg may tear it in the other, and that’s wxaxtly what happened with Pete. This surgery was even more serious because his kneecap required repair as well. He’s home two weeks now from surgery and doing well and Healthy Paws came through again. The check was in the mail within a few days of submitting the claim. The staff there is friendly, responsive, and dependable. I couldn’t ask for more. There have been moderate yearly premium increases, but that’s to be expected and they seem completely fair. I recommend Healthy Paws highly. They have provided me with a sense of security that makes taking care of my family member much easier and less challenging than it could be without them.

Couldn’t be more pleased ..
We have been with Healthy Paws since Feb 2018. Without a doubt it has been the smartest decision for Pet Insurance we could have ever made. Recently our puppy had a horrible accident with a pickup truck. As a result, Riley had to have two intense surgeries for a broken femur and fractured pelvis. We are fortunate that Riley came through surgery (surgeons able to save her leg) and she now faces a lot of therapy and rehab work ahead. Healthy Paws has been with us every step of the way .. from easy claim submission (all online.. nice website) .. great support from care and claims processing and quick claim reimbursement (claim settled in approx 1 week !).. We would highly recommend Healthy Paws to any/all pet owners .. They actually care about the pets they insure .. we have a long road of recovery ahead .. but .. we feel better knowing that folks at Healthy Paws are with us !

So Happy I Joined Healthy Paws When my Dog was a puppy
I had a very stressful time when I found out my 7 y old Standard Poodle had a mass on his liver. He also had some cardiac irregularities as well. He had to have lab tests, chest x-ray, ultrasound, Cardiac consult at UC Davis, consult with Oncologist and ultimately surgery. As anyone who's had an emergency with their dog know all of those tests and consults really ad up. Thank goodness for Healthy Paws! Once I fulfilled our deductible they covered 90% of all treatments and meds required to get my boy back up and running. Submitting my claims was super easy, I just scanned the required documents and emailed them to their claims department. Their response was within the next couple of days and the checks followed shortly after. I'm horrified to think what it would be like if I hadn't purchased their insurance when I first got Rudy as a puppy. As a result Rudy my Therapy/Comfort Poodle will be back to work making people happy!

Caring and great customer service
We've been with ASPCA Pet Insurance for, oh, 9 or 10 years now for our 3, now 2, cats. A few years ago they changed the structure of their policies, but let existing customers keep their existing policies, which was great because it was more financially advantageous for me to stay where I was. As my cats have aged, more problems have cropped up, and ASPCA is doing a great job of covering their care. When my boy came down with untreatable cancer and we had to euthanize him, ASPCA was very caring, sending a sympathy card and even calling with condolences. Submitting claims online is very easy, reimbursements are fast, getting coverage estimates is also a snap, and every person I've spoken to has been great. Honestly, I think they've upped their customer engagement game in the last few years because I'm getting a lot more communication from them than I did when we first signed up.

Best decision hands down
At first I was hesitant to buy a policy. After reviewing I'm very happy I bought the wellness plan for my two puppies. Without Nationwide our 14 month dog wouldn't be where she is today. Unfortunately she had early hip dysplasia. Nationwide was there to help and they covered 90% of everything. They're a reputable company. Always friendly and helpful to my family. Highly recommend them to my friends, family, and others

ASPCA Insurance is easy to use
I have submitted several claims and it has been so easy. ASPCA Insurance will call to check on your pet. I have always been paid quickly, two weeks the most I believe. Great Customer Service throughout the process and after the process.

Great Pet Insurance
Both our breeder and our vet recommended Nationwide (previously VPI) when we got our pup almost 7 years ago. Nationwide has been great, unfortunately we've had more health issues than I would have hoped but having insurance provides peace of mind when making decisions about treatment. We highly recommend Nationwide.

They reimbursed fully
Wow! I was expecting to battle it out. Our expenditures on our Dog got heavy but they helped us out. I am glad we are covering our Dog with this insurance company that has so far been honorable and operated with integrity. And we are talking about an insurance company! If only people insurance companies were like this, I think there would be much faith in our health insurance system. Thank you!
