Simple, easy process
The process is very simple, though claims used to get paid a lot faster in the past. In the last year or so they have taken almost a month when prior it was maybe 2 weeks at the most. Other than that I love everything about nationwide pet insurance.

The reps are always very polite and helpful and the claim updates are pretty good. Would like to see breakdown of how claims were processed without having to call the reps. Is there any way to view that info?

I am so happy that I chose Nationwide for my pups insurance coverage. I am more than satisfied with the prompt attention given to the claims. Customer service is wonderful and eager to help with anything I have concerns about. The 24/7 vet line is especially reassuring and I am grateful for it.. Luckily I have only needed to call it once, but it was comforting to speak with a professional in an emergency situation!

Embrace is the best pet insurance on the market.
I have had Embrace insurance On my Maltipoo for four years and have just added my new mixed breed puppy. They always cover well what the vet charges and quickly reimburse. I will never use another pet insurance. Embrace is amazing.
