I called to cancel my pet insurance for one of my cats who had passed away.
I called to cancel my pet insurance for one of my cats who had passed away. Jorge was very compassionate, kind and understanding on the phone. He handled the call with care and was truly empathetic to my situation. He made this call and process a lot easier through his compassion which I truly appreciated.

My issue is that I sent in my claim on 2/20 and to date today I still haven’t received the status!
My issue is that I sent in my claim on 2/20 and to date, today I still haven’t received the status! It’s taking way to long when in the beginning of my beginning Trupanion they tol me the process takes about 7-10 days. It’s been way over!
