When I’ve called customer service the service has been excellent. The claim process is easy, whether you email or submit online. The turnaround time from claim to response to payment is always quick.

Passing of my Bassett hound
My baby, Cooter Bailey, passed away this week amd having to call and communicate this information to the insurance company was very difficult for me. They made my call as easy on me as they could and i appreciate their understanding and empathy during this very difficult and sad time for me.

Our dog needed major surgery
Our dog needed major surgery which came total out of the blue . we contacted Trupanion regarding the matter who in turn contacted our vet. The whole process of dealing with Trupanion regarding our claim was perfect. Many thanks to Trupanion and our vet on making what was a stressful time .. that much easier :-) Thank You.
