Great asset to have with a pet!

I have had this insurance for over 4 years, but this is the first time I’m truly thankful that I had it. My Pomeranian had to have emergency surgery on his hip right at Christmas. I’m so glad I had Nationwide Pet Insurance. My policy covered all of the cost minus the deductible! Nationwide Pet Insurance has been very helpful to me as a pet owner. I would encourage everyone with a pet to consider a policy with Nationwide!

EXCELLENT HEALTH INSURANCE

Nationwide has been there every step of the way for us with Patriots surgery and follow up Physical therapy sessions and medications required to keep him pain free. I have been with Nationwide for several years now and will never be without it !! I also recommend it to my friends with precious animals they own. Thank you Nationwide.

The total experience with Pets Best has been excellent!

Could not have asked for a better experience. From the initial sign up, documentation delivery and information on your website thru the claims process was so easy and efficient. Thank you Embrace

My golden retriever Diasey Mae has been blessed with good health her whole life. She only went to the vet for vaccines. We moved from NC to CA. Long story short, she got very ill suddenly. It's a scary situation just the thought of losing my sweet pea, best friend, road warrior (4 cross country trips). My other little guy had just gone through eye surgery. I called Embrace because 1 eye was pre-existing cataract but the other was a mass under the eyelid that was impossible to miss. It was fast growing..2wks. Embrace had not covered anything to date. I was upset about my golden & didn't understand why they didn't cover the 2nd eye tumor removal. The customer service girl couldn't have been nicer & very understanding of my extreme stress. They sent checks for a portion of Daisey's expenses. They are a good insurance co. Very helpful in a time of need.

Helpful during stressful situations

I've had dogs insured for the last 7 years, with you -- currently 3 dogs.. never fail, their responsiveness is always there.. those answering the phone.. .knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and concerning during stressful situations.

I have never had one problem

I have never had one problem with my claim for my pet, and if I ever had to call they were more then helpful. It is a pleasure doing business with Trupanion
