It would be wise to choose other insurance company
The process of claim is so slow and painful. I submitted a claim for my cat's dental cleaning on March, one month later they got back to me for additional medical history. I submitted the documents they asked on the same day I received the request. Then I wait one more month and heard nothing from them. I called the customer service to ask about the claim and the woman told me that the documents I submitted was not in the time range they want. But no one informed me about that until I call! I submitted correct documents and the kind customer service helped me to expedite my claim and I finally get paid after three months I filed the claim. If you are looking for some pet insurance company that can process your claim within shorter period of time, look for other companies.

Pleasantly surprised at the customer svc and prompt turnaround on my claim!
I’ve used other insurance companies before for my pets. I was concerned when I got a puppy that the service-level and the reimbursement would not be what I expected. Nationwide has proven me wrong on both counts. My first claim was taken care of within a week and the reimbursement arrived within two weeks.

Worse investment ever
Never should have gotten insurance through this company. Worse money spent. Not helping when you need to call and speak with them. They just take your money and never pay you back after reaching deductibles. Wish I never went with this company to bad i did not find a better insurance company and do better research just listen to a family member that had only good things to say about them.
