Nationwide did what they said they would.
Nationwide paid my dog's claims, just like they said they would. The claims process was easy and the claims were paid fast. Me and my dog love Nationwide. They helped us at a time of great stress on both me and my dog. I had to take my dog to the emergency hospital. He was diagnosed with pancreaitis.

ASPCA Customer Service is knowledgeable, caring, and takes time to answer your questions.
I am pleased with ASPCA. When I first investigated ASPCA they explained the program and how it works. The program has worked as explained and with a doberman with cancer I have worked with their Customer Service multiple times. I have recommended this company to other pet owners.

Trupanion is absolutely great!
We have a kitten who developed a urinary tract infection and kidney levels out of normal. Trupanion looked after the claim and continue to do so. They are very efficient and very nice to talk to and deal with. I would recommend them when you become a pet owner or are a pet owner.

ASPCA insurance has been wonderful. They have answered all my questions when I call and have been very polite. They were very quick to process my claim and have called to check on Riley. I highly recommend them.

Worst pet insurance company out there!!
You didn’t receive a payment and threatened to send my mom to collections. Then three months after she cancelled, you threatened to send her to collections again!!! Worst company out there!! Whatever you do don’t choose pets plus us when deciding on a pet insurance company for your pet! You’ll be sorry!
