This company is HANDS DOWN the BEST for your animal family members. They make it soooooooooo easy to submit a claim and to receive your money. I am shocked by how much they cover and how easy it is. It is almost like a little surprise when I see the email pop up that I have a new direct deposit waiting for me! I thank you for taking such good care of my chocolate lab Riley. She has gotten into some injury and sickness lately and without insurance I would be paying thousands! Thank you so very much for caring about us! I will insure every single pet i have with your wonderful company!

Lot of Money for Little Coverage
Claims should be able to be completed more easily through an app Response times are slow and claim payouts are very small compared to the yearly premiums. They continue to decrease yearly. I sent an email about the coverage for my youngest puppy and the fact that spaying was not covered versus my other dog's policies - still have not received a response 2 months later.

Max’s cruciate surgery
The overall process and assistance from Nationwide has been a great experience. The most difficult part of my claim was being able to track exactly what vet records were received as this was not clear without having to call the customer service team. They were great at providing information though. The payment process was very easy and seamless which was awesome.
