As usual Trupanion was very helpful with my claim. I was having trouble logging in so I phoned and the gentleman that assisted me was extremely empathetic since I explained this was the final claim because our pet had been very sick and we had to say goodbye to him. The guys name is Owen and we spoke on Jan 3. He guided me thru the process and I made the final claim. Our family is very grateful to Trupanion for the insurance you provide and the efficient way the claims are handled. Thank you.
