Awesome claim service
I've never had pet insurance but did ALOT of research to find the right and most affordable coverage/policy to meet our needs. I finally chose Lemonade. Our great dane was 9 wks old and went for her forst "well" check. She recieved her 2nd set of vaccinations, fecal and microchip. My bill was $98.50 at checkout. I paid it and as soon as I got home I uploaded my document (vet bill) and literally by the time I uploaded it,I was sent an email saying claim was approved and by the next day I was reimbursed $88.00 !! Like WOW. I'M SUPER IMPRESSED, Thanks so much for such quick claim service.

So Glad We Got Trupanion
Truepanion was the best choice we made. I expected hassles like human healthcare companies, but haven’t had a single problem with any claims. It’s straightforward and easy to submit, and they are extremely responsive at every step. The best thing we did was get the recovery care rider. Winnie had to have surgery at around 1 yr, and they not only covered their portion of the surgery with no problem, but the rider gave us follow-on physical therapy coverage which made all the difference in the world.

Trupanion has remained reliable, friendly and very prompt over the course of 3 poodles and about 11 years.
I have recommended Trupanion to dozens of friends and pet owners over the years. We have had 3 standard poodles, one of which acquired Addison’s disease. Trupanion’s consistent and swift support has allowed us to provide the care she has needed to not only survive, but thrive. She is almost 8 years old and a happy poodle. Thanks, Trupanion!

Amazing from start to finish!
I honestly thought there'd be a "catch" when I submitted my claim. How surprised was I when I received my email and text message about the payment covered by our insurance. They are awesome to deal with. My pup was sick April 1st, then it took the vet a couple weeks to get me the information I needed to be able to submit it. I submitted my claim April 28th,and here we are May 1st and everything is settled. Unbelievable! Blew my mind!! Would highly recommend Trupanion, because accidents happen, vet bills can be outrageous and having this money come back to me is a bonus!
