Excellent service and response time

We are so pleased with Healthy Paws! Recently, we submitted our first claim which actually consisted of three visits to the vet within two days, including a visit to the emergency/specialty vet. The claims were easy to submit and the response time from Healthy Paws was excellent. We also really appreciated the follow up from Healthy Paws checking on our dog's well being. Thank you so much!!!!

Excellent, clear, and prompt response

My experience with Embrace Pet Insurance has been very positive. While not every claim was covered, the explanation was very clear. Claims were handled immediately after receipt from the Veterinarian, so, very little wait time. For covered claims, the check came within just a couple of weeks. Staff is very friendly. As my dog is getting older and has more medical issues, I feel confident of the service provided by Embrace.

Amazing!

We've had Embrace insurance for our dog Tucker for several years and on purpose we chose a higher deductible for emergency type situations. Our dog recently came down with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever which then caused additional side effects. He was in the ICU for almost a week and we submitted bills to Embrace for around $6500, they have paid out everything in a timely fashion and took out the financial cost from our decision making when it came to figuring out his treatment. HIGHLY recommend them for coverage.

Great Service and Professionalism

I have been using Embrace for my two dogs and have always received great service. Their turnaround time for coverage refunds is excellent. Always reach a professional and helpful individual on the other line when I call them. Would highly recommend them.

I was told that the form was not...

I was told that the for was not received but the invoice was both were sent in same email, I resent to Rosa with a note asking for conformation of receipt of 2nd email..no response 3 hours later..BTY I replied immediately to her email after we spoke.

The process was slow and clunky.

I had embrace for a couple of years and then finally had my first claim. It took weeks to hear back and finally when I did they need more information even though I completed all the required forms. They wanted my pets full medical history. Wouldn’t that make more sense to require that in the beginning and just have it on file. Then I had to contact my vet and try to get the history and try to get them to fax it over, in a timely manner. One that was done it took another week for the claim to be paid. It was inefficient and slow.

Cushings Disease and Severe Arthritis

Pancho Villa, a male Pomeranian mix, has been my canine companion since he was 3 months old. NOt looking forward to any unforeseen vet bills, I opted to invest in insurance for him. When he was six, the day before we were to move from California to Washington state, Pancho was diagnosed with Cushing's disease. When we got settled in our new home, we found a vet and explained Pancho's fragile condition. He was put on a regimen of expensive pharmaceuticals, and constant monitoring and testing. Embrace Pet Insuranace came through like champions. They have been picking up the tab on Pancho's medications and pay 90% of his doctor bills. They get me a check less than ten days after I send them a receipt, without question or complaint. I dare say, either I would be financially strapped or Pancho would not have lived to his present age if Embrace had not come through for us. From my view, Embrace Pet Insurance is a life saver.

Great company.

Great company and hopefully the partnership with my vet will streamline claims even more. Our first attempt showed that when there is an ongoing claim the vet form is asking for the date symptoms started. As someone with a long history with Trupanion that question should not be needed when you have a previous claim #.
