No Problem With Insurance Claims

I submitted two claims to Embrace by mail at one time. I received notification within a few days by email that my claims had been received and were being processed. Notification that they had been reviewed and approved came by email a couple of days later. Embrace promptly deposited the settlement amount with which I agree (80% after $500 deductible) from both claims into my personal checking account. Appreciate being informed and kept up to date by email throughout the claim process. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they settled and paid my claims.

Most Awesome Pet Insurance Company. That's FIgo!!

I was reluctant to get pet insurance. I'm glad I did. I was recommend Figo by my veterinarian. I researched other companies, but value wise, FIgo offered the most. After a month of being on Figo, My dog swallowed a toy, and a month after suffered upper respiratory infection, which later escalated to pneumonia. I spent over 1500 on vets bills. Figo saved me. I was reimbursed 90 percent back. process was a little over 2 weeks for first claim. second claim was faster. I recommend Figo to everyone. YEs to Figo

Excellent experience, concerned, courteous and fast claim processing.

Our Ruby came to us at 3 1/2 she is a rescue from breeding for a puppy mill. She will be 12 this month. We had two claims and they were processed and paid expediently. We are on limited, fixed income and find that ASPCA offers the highest level and best coverage for our dog. The rate increases are appropriate to her health/age and are not oppressive to our finances. Their concern about Ruby has been consistent and genuine. The policy is clear and easily understood. ASPCA stands up for what they agree to in the insurance contract. ASPCA is available for assistance and questions. Thank you, ASPCA, for being what you say you are. Lilie Allen

Figo is an excellent pet insurance company.

The Figo app is fairly easy to navigate and not difficult to use.. it allows a lot of important information to be stored. Filing a claim is straightforward and is relatively easy to do..

Grateful

I contemplated for years about getting pet insurance for my very healthy dog. I NEVER expected that I would have to put it to use 6 weeks after I purchased it, but my dog got very ill on Christmas Eve! Embrace made the claim filing easy and I am awaiting my check in the mail. They were very helpful and the process was easy, but I do feel bad that I did have to use it. At least my dog is totally fine today!

Claims paid no questions asked

Two new pups got into some grapes. They both spent 3 nights at the Emergency ER for IV fluids to counteract the grape toxins. The vet bill was over $6000 and would have depleted our savings. It took a few weeks after I filed my claim, but I did receive a total claim payout of nearly $5000 after deductible and copay with no questions asked on any of the billing. If you are on the fence about purchasing pet insurance...join the crowd. I am glad I purchased the FIGO insurance and so are the pups!
