Great plans and easy to file claims
Website is easy to use. Explanations of different plans is clear and several choices of coverage. My past experience with Nationwide was great. I had a cat who got sick and passed away suddenly in July. My claim was promptly taken care of with no issues and policy canceled. Very helpful while going through loss of pet.

I'm thankful I have Spot Pet Insurance…
I'm thankful I have Spot Pet Insurance as my 5 year old boxer has lymphoma. Because of Spot, I have been able to get her treatment/chemotherapy that I would not have been able to afford on my own. It's easy to submit claims and I have been quickly reimbursed by Spot. It would be great if the annual cap was higher given the current cost of veterinary care.

In regards to filing my most recent claim, it was extremely easy and it was processed faster than any claim I’ve submitted for the past 4 years that we’ve had Fetch. However, the fine print in my original contract is another matter that I’ve learned the hard way. I’m seeking out other companies at my renewal.

The app makes everything easy to submit claims for my cat's vet bills. I just take a picture of the invoice and upload it to the claims submission. It took about a week from submission date to reimbursement.

Yesterday morning, Onyx, my beloved furbaby of 16 years passed away. Since she was 4 years old we have had Trupanion insurance. When I say that this company is phenomenal, I truly sincerely mean it. I would give them 100 stars if allowed. No matter what health challenges, including Osteosarcoma cancer my baby went through, Trupanion was there. I would not have been able to care for her the way that I did without them. I feel that their financial support, along with many years of love is what allowed this little mixed lab who left footprints on my heart to live as long as she did. If you are reading this, and you have a furbaby, I HIGHLY recommend looking into Trupanion. They are excellent in every way. Friendly, courteous, and compassionate. Thank you Trupanion for helping me to raise Onyx along her journey towards the Rainbow Bridge.
