Wondering if you should insure your older rescue dog? YES!
Our Great Pyrenees/Husky mix was estimated to be five years old when we adopted her and she had some minor preexisting conditions. We had never insured our dogs before and we weren't sure if it would be a good choice in our case. Five years later, we can say the decision to insure Skye with Embrace was the right call. Embrace has covered Skye through two expensive surgeries at specialty clinics. She is on a daily medication that is included with her coverage. The savings on that medication alone more then pays for the monthly premium. Claims have been paid promptly and with no question. I can't recommend Embrace more highly. They are great.

Paid with no problem!!
My Dachshund has had Embrace insurance since she was 7 weeks old, and she's 11 now. We've been fortunate not to have any huge claims until a few weeks ago, when a bad case of pancreatitis almost killed her. Embrace reviewed and paid each claim promptly with no questions and no problems. We'll be continuing our policy!!

Healthy Paws is the best & most amazing insurance protectors who genuinely care!!
First and foremost, I absolutely love that I chose Healthy Paws to protect my 2 kitty babies, Miko & Milyy. My baby boy Miko fractured his forelimb & I was hit with an outrageous amount to fix him up that I just could not afford right at that moment. My vet clinic, All About Cats Veterinary Hospital, was so kind & helpful to help care for Miko while I looked for someone who can do the surgery and they also recommended 3 places and the last one was who I went with.(I totally recommend this clinic for anyone with cats, as well as the Veterinarian who did Miko's surgery, but my experience with them is another story😁) However, when I reached out to Healthy Paws and told them that I needed help with the upfront cost (and after sending all of Miko's medical records), they approved to pay 90% (which is on my policy for the reimbursement) while I paid the remaining 10%. I am soo soo sooooo thankful for them! I don't know how I would have been able to pay for my baby Miko's surgery if it was not for them! Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Healthy Paws ❤ They were also so kind enough to check up on Miko... & Haley (who helped me through it) even took time out of her day and busy schedule to personally write me & Miko a postcard. They are kind, amazing & so caring and you can tell how genuine they are about caring & helping you & your pet(s).❤❤❤ I will recommend every single person I know that has a furbaby of their own to choose Healthy Paws because of what they were able to do for me during a time I needed them most. They followed through & more!!! Thank you for everything from Ebony, Miko & Milyy🥰🐱💙🐱💜

Peace of mind insurance
My 9 month old puppy swallowed a pork chop bone. She had to have surgery. Everything went very smoothly. I only paid my part as it is direct billing. In the end I ended up getting money back! It just gives a peace of mind because vet bills can be huge. I had to say goodbye to one of my previous dogs too soon because I couldn't afford what the emergency bill would be.it was the most devastating experience. I would totally recommend Trupanion!

Completely frustrated by the premiums going up and up.
Completely frustrated by the premiums going up and up. Only used it once and it was a hassle. Feel trapped in this as my dog is really old now and am fearful that when I really need to use this insurance, there will be some “reason” not to cover his expenses. Sorry, just my 2 cents. Ps. The rep on the phone was lovely

Quick service but mistake on deposit
Every thing was good except that you sent the payment to VCA directly to the hospital rather than by direct deposit to my account. Why is that? Earlier last week you did the direct deposit to McClintock Animal Clinic. So now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for VCA to mail me the money.
