All around excellent!!!
My 3 yr old mixed bull had torn the cruciate ligaments in both of his legs. Healthy Paws made the claim process super easy. If I called they were so polite and efficient and really cared how Dozer was doing. And they paid the claims fast.

Lifelong Customers!
I will NEVER EVER EVER insure our pups with any other pet insurance than Pet’s Best. Two months after we rescued our boy, Buck, he went into ICU with acute kidney disease and renal failure. He spent five days away from home, in exceptional care at the ER ICU. It was the first claim we had to file with Pet’s Best for him and the bill was over $5,000. After a 30 day review of Buck’s medical history and diagnosis, Pet’s Best reimbursed us every single penny with the exception of the $250 deductible and charges off the itemized bill that I didn’t sign up for them to cover. We were STUNNED that we weren’t subjected to 10,000 questions, nickel and diming and knit-picking by them. They spoke to our dogs primary vet and the hospital and determined we were owed exactly what we signed up for when we insured our dogs with them. Buck has been in and out of the hospital since then and every claim was paid very quickly. Do NOT put any other insurance company on your pups dog tag. This company is legit, customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. Pet’s Best has set the bar at an unreachable height for the other most highly rated companies like Trupanion. I’ve used them all and I’m a lifelong, loyal customers of the best... PET’S Best. Buck thanks you for giving his Momma the ability to save his life.

I literally tell anyone who gets a pet to get Healthy Paws immediately
Look-- I am not the type to write reviews of anything, let alone a positive review of an insurance company, most of which, in my experience, are trash. But I'll say this in stark terms: if I didn't have Healthy Paws, my beloved dog and best friend Clark would not be alive today. When Clark was two years old, he slipped a disc in his back that shattered and caused paralysis in his hind limbs. He was also diagnosed with IVDD, a degenerative spinal condition that meant this could be the first of many times this happened to the poor guy. It was devastating and completely unexpected and the surgery to repair the damage was.... deep breath... $10,000. Not only did Healthy Paws come through on their promise to cover to 90% of the surgery (which, if they had not, I would have been looking at some grim options), but they were a breeze to get on the phone, so easy to deal with, so sweet, and took at least one part of what was an insanely horrific time period and actually made it better. I was even able to arrange for them to pay for their portion of the surgery costs up front in that particular instance. Then, they covered his physical therapy and rehab! And then, a month ago, the issue recurred. Another disc, another $10,000 surgery. Every aspect of it was so awful aside from, again, dealing with Healthy Paws, who killed it all on fronts. I cannot recommend them enough and wish human insurance was this great. Seriously, do not wait til your loved one is injured or sick and you're standing in some waiting room in the middle of the night debating your life savings vs. your pet's life. These guys are the real deal!!

The Best Pet Insurance Ever!!!
Healthy Paws is the BEST Pet Insurance Ever. They are caring and very efficient at processing your claim. My sweet boy was injured and needed surgery. As soon as they received the records from my vet, they processed the claim right away and the funds were in my account In only a few days so I could pay my bill. I have had other pet insurance companies before and none of them were as caring and efficient as Healthy Paws.

Embrace Insurance claims are easy
I have had Embrace Insurance for my Pomeranian since he was 10 weeks old. He is now 9 years old. The claims are easy to complete and reimbursement is quick. Granted premiums increase as your pet ages, but that is expected since more illness occur with age. That being said, it is nice to be able to get all or most of the vet costs reimbursed. I have been very happy with the customer service and the monthly newsletters I get from them on how to keep my pet healthy.

The best experience I've had with any company, insurance or otherwise
I can't speak highly enough about Pets Best - I've referred all my family members and I've had not a single complaint over my cat's 8 years. Honestly, if their service and coverage are this good, I can't see why I would have to settle for anything less. Very easy claims filing, excellent coverage, timely reimbursement, even when they were "delayed." If I had to worry about coverage and payment on top of all the worrying about my cat, it would have been unbearable, this took a way a burden that I didn't need to have on top of everything we were already dealing with medically.

Embrace took the financial stress out of caring for our dog
Our GSMD had several lumps appear on her torso. After having them aspirated it revealed mast cell tumors. We immediately had the tumors removed and went to the oncologist for electro-chemotherapy. I called Embrace after the positive test results and they confirmed everything would be covered, and that's exactly what happened. The app makes it very easy to submit claims, and the payment turnaround beat the credit card bill. We purchased pet insurance for just this sort of situation and Embrace came through - thank you!

Morris’ emergency visit
I had an emergency visit and they called right away to see how Morris was doing and took care the claim right away. It was 11:00 pm. So I was surprised that they called. I would recommend trupanion to everyone who has a pet

I really like that i received a text message about my claim being approved. That was super convenient for me to know the claim had been processed and I didn't have to go looking into anything!
