Best insurance provider ever!
I did tons of research on pet insurance before choosing Healthy Paws, and I don't regret it one bit. My doggy got sick and I had to take him to the ER. Luckily he is better and I didn't have to even worry about costs, just his well-being. I submitted a claim after he was discharged and they processed it in a matter of 2 days!! On top of that, they reached out personally to check on how my dog was doing. They have amazing customer service and you can see they care about their customers. So as you can see, my experience with them has been amazing and they have exceeded all expectations.

Easy to submit a claim, quick response and clear explanation of what was or wasn't paid. Love that each claim subtracts from your deductible for that category so if the same issue arises again you aren't starting over, the latest deductible balance is carried over!

Trupanion is an excellent company.
Trupanion is an excellent company. I have been with them for almost 8 years now. Never any issues. Extremely fast payments on claims. Forms are easy to fill out and can be sent right from the vet's office. Prompt service, no hassles, extremely pleasant staff when/if you need to call in for questions. Rates are fair and don't increase as your pet gets older. I highly recommend this company to all pet owners.

Trupanion has enabled us to care for our much loved addition with ease by providing the coverage needed to assist with the costs associated with x-rays and ultrasounds as well as ongoing medications. The customer service is excellent and the direct payment to the veterinary clinic works well. Thank you Trupanion for being there for us and our little kitty "Hope".

I have Over $9000 out in Claims with you,I called this morning and was hung up on by a gentleman. If I was truly disconnected he would’ve called me back that was the right thing to do.I called back and spoke with Adam Altman.Adam went above and beyond to look into my claimsSending messages to the supervisors to re-take a look at a claim that they’re trying not to pay even though the test results show lab work stating it’s not a pre-existing condition.You need more people to work for years that are a lot like Adam that will look into things and go above and beyond to help people who pay big money to your company to take care of them.Adam is friendly helpful and to be honest I don’t know what I would’ve done if he didn’t look into things and let me know where I’m at.I appreciate Adam kindness going above and beyond Adam gets a 10 star in my book.He did write note for the supervisor to leave visit the claims that they denied I have proof that this is not pre-existing condition.
