Easy and timely claims reimbursement
We had our first experience with Furkin recently. The process of submitting the claim was well described and uncomplicated, even for a nontechnical person like me. We received the deposit directly into our account in a timely manner. It couldn't have been easier. Thank you Furkin, for making the process so painless.

Luv your pets get pet insurance.
After I send in my claim I usually get the return money in my bank with in a week. Thank you and I have told many friends to investigate as many pet insurance and pick what you feel will accomodate your needs. For me I liked what Trupanion had to offer for my two dogs.

Very disappointed
No matter how many symptom my dog had, trupanion eont pay any bills that might have anything to do with her bowels. Donât know why I keep this insurance. I had hoped when she got older, the ins would help me financially. With all the premiums Iâve paid over the years, I get nothing in return!

Efficient and seamless!
The turnaround time is about excellent and the way to submit a claim online is so quick and efficient. My only suggestion would be the option to have the process completed while at the vet. For example, the claim could be filed at the time of the appointment and the customer pays their portion of the claim and Trupanion pays their portion and there not be a need for reimbursement. Removes a step and an upfront out of pocket cost to the customer.

My 2 year old dog developed pneumonia after getting kennel cough a few weeks earlier I thought he was okay but I woke up one morning to find that he was extremely listless and lethargic He refused his breakfast and wouldn't interact with our second dog I left him for the day, thinking that he was having an off day but he didn't improve throughout the day I was extremely worried about him because he seemed to get worse I took him to the local ER and found out he had pneumonia He was cared for throughout the day and improved dramatically I would never have considered going to the specialty hospital without my insurance coverage Trupanion has always provided me with peace of mind to know I can provide my beloved family member with the ability to seek the best care for him I have been a loyal customer for many years and will continue to support Trupanion as an excellent insurance provider I am a veterinarian and know firsthand how devastating it can be when financial limitations affect the kind of care you can give your pet when needed Thank you for being there when I needed you
