Very supportive
I found the whole team very supportive during the claim process. My pet's issue could have been so much more serious than what it turned out to be. I was a little stunned by my pet's ordeal. I could not remember how to file my claim, and the agent was really kind and took everything over the phone and started my claim. They kept me advised of the status of the claim. The claim was processed in less than 2 weeks. I had trouble reading the claim summary, and again the team was very patient and understanding in helping me understand the claim summary. So with their help, I only had to worry about caring for my pet, and getting my little one healthy again. Thank you all!
