Incapable of responding to emails
We signed up on line & received a declarations page. Our trial month was almost up but we still got notifications to sign up. When we called to find out why, they said we weren't signed up but couldn't understand why the credit card info was in the system. We were asked if we wanted to sign up & the price was now higher than that stated on our declarations page. We were told that price was only good for 24hrs but this is nowhere in writing & our vet said that's not true. After 2 months of waiting for a written response, I cancelled. If a company can't respond to emails, they've got a problem.
