So far so good!
The website is easy to use and the pricing is good. I had some questions and called in. The rep was very knowledgable and professional and offered assistance in taking the insurance. However, there was no need for assistance, as it was a very simple process. I like it that everything is online, no paper. So far so good!
I was extremely happy after being able to purchase my new policy within minutes of having one far too many bad experiences with my previous insurance provider with whom I've always had to spend hours on hold just contact them for a simple issue like needing a quote, sonnet's online quotes were quick and easy and my previous insurance provider took forever for that too but the best part was that within minutes I was saving $37 a month.
