Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I canceled my auto insurance with Sonnet over a month ago, and they told me I would receive a refund of around $630. It’s been over 5 weeks, and I still haven’t received anything. I called to follow up, and they said there was a "system issue" and that I had to wait for an email. Another week has passed, and still no update and no refund. No one is responding or helping. This has been a very frustrating experience. I expected better service and accountability. Very bad insurance company – would not recommend.

Been insured with sonnet for 3 years. Rate went up after the first year for zero reason. No speeding ticket, no accidents nothing. Was recently pulled over and was given a ticket for failing to provide valid insurance. Obviously the stress of being pulled over had me flustered and I gave the wrong expired paperwork. My insurance was valid yet the cop gave me a $60 ticket which I paid a few days later. Sonnet felt it was worthy of almost a $1200 a year increase! This is an absolute scam and I highly recommend not using this corrupt company.

Buyer Beware!!!!!!I cancelled my policy and received confirmation. They continued to make withdrawals from my bank account. After multiple attempts of trying to get my refund, I had to make a formal complaint. Customer service and billing are absolutely useless and I still haven’t received a refund. Never again will I use this company.

Knowing someone could help me quickly. He knew what he was talking about, her also saved me money. Great company. I have been with them for a few years now no issues. Process are very fair.

This company needs to remove their AI from their phone line, it's a waste of time and doesn't work. Their people on the phone have no idea how to adjust anything you need on your policy. After over an hour on the phone I was not able to get a price for my insurance to keep only my home with them. Their pricing for car insurance is thousands a year above others. After 9 years with them we now realize that bad customer service and expensive policies don't need to be the norm.
