The application was done well within a fast time line .fast and efficient service
After 3 months and 800.00 out of pocket, nevermind claim still on going. Court next ! Most rude people to deal with. Could care less about you and your loss.
Had to borrow to buy a vehicle to go to work... Great stuff
Pro: Cheap.
Cons: Lackluster customer service, jacked up prices on renewal
They did a nice bait-n-switch advertising Free TELUS Virtual Healthcare membership but then only said 2 months after my renewal that this was only available to "NEW" policies. Gross practice by Sonnet considering their agent made significant changes to my policy and pricing leading me to believe it was a new policy.
