It is easy to get a quote online but before deciding I went over my quote with a licensed agent. She gave me advice which saved me even more money. I was with my last insurance company for 4 1/2 years but for the same coverage I am saving over $300 a year for car and renters insurance plus I am covered for identity theft!

The rep who assisted me was kind, patient, courteous and very helpful. He walked me through changing information that I needed to update on my file and explained everything to me. I wish I could remember his name because you should clone him!

The pricing is excellent, but finding the contact information for Sonnet customer service can be challenging. It feels like a maze trying to locate the support team, and since the office closes at 6pm, you'll need to keep trying on another day.

Made my move far more difficult. Sonnet would not cover my vacant condo while I sold, and offered no grace period following my move out to obtain other coverage. This was despite the home having people there daily. Was told by realtor, real estate lawyer, and other insurance brokers that this is unheard of and there was no reason for this given I already had a policy with them.
