Easy and fast to get a quote online. When I called to confirm coverage, the agent was helpful and answered all my questions. The cost of insurance was competitive and had many options to personalize coverage.

I found the whole process extremely…esay

I found the whole process extremely easy to get through. Even when I called to double check something the person I spoke with was very helpful & made sure I had all the answers I needed. So glad I switched to Sonnet!

Cancelled home insurance for no reason....

They cancelled my home owners insurance and when I called to ask for a reason the agent said she was not sure why but it was a final decision lol. I said OK I will move both my vehicle and home insurance and she said ok no problem.

After one week

After one week - still unable to get into account - had to get customer service to send me my home insurance documents. Not impressed
