Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Sonnet shift is an app that is designed to make your driing look terrible. No matter how nicely you drive, you will still lose points depending on the time of day you drive (night and rush hour are big nonos), and if your route is "dangerous." Your car has a hands free system to take calls, not any more, this will decrease your score and increase your insurance. You drive 30+ minutes? the fatigue score lowers your overall score. Sonnet shift wants you to drive like it is always icy out, scores your driving like it is always icy out. If you drive at the speed limit you will lose points, now you need to go 5-10 under. This is a poorly thought out app that will make drives terrible. And if you think it is just punishing someone who is a bad driver, I have never gotten into a collision, never had a ticket or motor vehicle infraction.

What can I say other than it was an overall great experience. Chat GPT offered this company as a suggestion, I went on line... got a bit confused about my options and a Sonnet representative walked me through that. I had effective vehicle insurance in place the next day. Awesome!

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. They jack up the price after a year and then make you jump through a ton of hoops to cancel the policy. Sent multiple emails and spent hours on phone and still cant cancel the policy. May go to the ombudsman soon.

The online system was not working well. Otherwise great service. I wish the employees on the phone could help more than they can.

I have been with company for awhile good fair prices and I can spend my time going through the policy and pick what I want without a sales rep I like being able to do everything online and no calls
