Was a customer since June 2023. Payments always made on time, no claims until I received a ticket for providing an expired insurance slip due to stress of being pulled over. It was a $60 ticket and though nothing of it until my insurance went up $91 a month! They tried to lower it by raising my premiums to an insane amount I was highly uncomfortable with. It lower it $28. Called them a couple time to see if they would lower my payments as it was crazy they jacked me up that much and was basically told it is what it is and if I didn’t like it to shop around. Well I did and found cheaper insurance! Corporate greed at its finest here at sonnet.
